Communication Skills – superior verbal and written communication skills to gather requirements from customers, do weekly calls etc. These are customer-facing roles.
While you don't necessarily need to be a native English speaker you do need confidence to talk on the phone in English. Being a confident English speaker will help.
You've launched websites and coordinated with developers, QC engineers and clients before and have the ability to cross-reference the requirements of customers with output performed by the team. To do this will require a lot of patience and diligence.
Developer skills - You have a general proficiency of web development and know the differences/similarities between WordPress, HTML/CSS, PHP/MySQL or other common technologies.
You can work from home and do voice calls by appointment. Ideally you should be accessible via email during waking hours in Eastern Standard Time (M-F) and by cell for the odd urgent call after hours.
Huge bonus if you have experience as a developer yourself and can handle the odd task on your own.
You will be an active member of a multinational company's management group and participate in overall team-wide and company-wide decision-making discussions.
