This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, understanding technical job requirements, and building a pipeline of qualified candidates. Technical recruiters are responsible for attracting and retaining the best-fit candidates who possess the skills and expertise required to drive the company's technical projects and initiatives.


  •  Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability for open technical positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and create job descriptions and requirements.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on industry-specific trends, compensation, and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified technical candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates to ensure a consistent flow of top talent.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and other evaluation methods.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  • Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and the company regarding compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the onboarding process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and responsiveness throughout the recruitment process.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 3 years proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
