We are looking to hire a Sales Coordinator for Sales Department. The candidate must have a British or American accent and can speak with clients confidently over the phone or email. This is not a Sales oriented job but it involves excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Analyzing current customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers.
· Ensuring platform data and CRM data are aligned accurately.
· Assisting in planning and execution of automated sales/ marketing strategies, including market research, data entry, and data qualifying.
· Reviewing, measuring and rating each prospect using the current guidelines for quality.
· Cross-functional collaboration with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
