Duties and Responsibilities.
- Review of received RFQ including specifications, drawings and other information either from customers..
- Coordination with Business Development / Sales Engineer for making strategy of submission of proposals and resolving pre-bid issues of our various customers (Cement, POWER, OIL& GAS SECTOR i.e)..
- Techno commercial vetting of quotations from Vendors.·
- Analyze all suppliers to select the most suitable suppliers who can deliver high-quality products at competitive pricing.·
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.·
- Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.·
- Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.
Requirements and Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering field
- Minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in procurement in a trading firm.
