Ourelitehealth is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team in the Networking, Marketing, and Team Building role. Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 members, providing clear direction and fostering teamwork to meet organizational objectives.

- Monitor and analyze marketing trends and competitor activities to continuously refine strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Organize team building activities and training sessions to enhance skills, collaboration, and morale.
- Maintain active engagement with community influencers, stakeholders, and customers to build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, team progress, and networking outcomes to inform strategic decisions.
