We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of invoices, pay orders, and other documents to our customers. This role demands effective communication to provide updates on orders, strict adherence to company policies, and excellent customer service skills to maintain a positive client experience. Reliability and efficiency are essential to avoid any inconvenience to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect delivery orders from shipping lines.
- Submit refund cases to shipping lines.
- Collect security deposit refunds from shipping lines.
- Collect documents from customers and hand them over to the immediate supervisor at the office.
- Deliver pay orders for duties and taxes to customs houses, airports, and ports.
- Collect clients’ duty and tax pay orders from banks.
- Dispatch client invoices within offices, when applicable.
- Collect payment cheques from client offices.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Intermediate. Completion of B.A. or B.Com is considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of shipping lines and related procedures.
- Must own a bike for commuting and deliveries.
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Karachi before starting work.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a rider in shipping lines is preferred.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. Candidates must be prepared to work from the office and demonstrate reliability in commuting or relocating as needed.
