  • Monitoring Emails/ Zendesk
  • Coordination with Courier Services.
  • Complaint resolution.
  • Process the refunds.
  • Generate reverse pickups.
  • Coordination with Retail stores to facilitate the online queries.
  • Coordination with Warehouse regarding complaint orders.
  • Maintain Master complaint Sheet.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly Customer Service reports.
  • Coordination with different departments to facilitate customers queries.
  • Any other task assign by Line.
