Job Description

• Oversee processing of daily orders by creating pick tickets, filling orders, and shipping.
• Ensure orders are being filled and delivered timely and accurately.
• Prevents product damage and shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards.
• Effectively monitors flow of goods through the inventory management system, warehouse physical storage and logistics partners.
• Work with our Supply Chain team and e-Commerce teams on improving backorder, EOL, replacement, and order exceptions to pro-actively prevent order issues.
• Work with the Marketing team to ensure Product Catalogs are updated on a timely basis for all new arrivals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment as per HSE and Company standards.
• Staffing and managing the fulfillment employees to include all permanent and seasonal staff.
• Provides clear direction and general guidance to the department in the formulation and implementation of procedures, and ensures that these are translated and enforced into action to meet operational goals. Develops and implements business process initiatives to optimize departmental operations in accordance with overall business objectives.
• Prepares necessary SOP for fulfillment processes.
• Help analyze current operations and execute agreed improvements
• Manages performance of all constituents of Fulfilment operations and provides regular reporting to key stakeholders.
• Assist in growing our customer base by providing excellent E-Com service.
• Maintains the highest standards of customer service by immediately attending to and resolving customer issues.
