Job Description

Identification of New Locations : 

Conducts research for identification of property locations in line with business needs, Network Expansion strategy and Brand guidelines; Coordinates with Real Estate Network for location identification; Visits potential sites, estimates future business prospects and works with relevant stakeholders for shortlisting of optimal locations; Presents shortlisted property list to supervisor and consults for recommendation; Maintains a pool of possible locations all the time on an ongoing basis; Seeks support from supervisor for resolution of escalated matters.

Relationship Management:

Builds and maintains healthy relationship with Real Estate Vendors, Consultants, Project Developers, Mall Management and Land lords to establish real estate network; Discuss the opportunities of expansion with Supervisor based on the discussions and opportunities identified through real estate networking; Provides intelligence to Supervisor for contract renegotiation in accordance.
