Job Description

• Responsible for implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy.
• Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
• Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays.
• Responsible for the store image at all times, ensuring that it is attractive and commercial.
• To perform store changes in a quick and orderly manner
• To be aware of the customer profile, the product potential and the commercial strategies of competitors
• To communicate with retail team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments
• Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays
• Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
• Identify trends and monitor the time and scope of seasonal changes 
• Create design themes in parallel with marketing calendar, including window display, signage, in-store displays and department focal points.
• Raising the product presentation standards in stores, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve fixturing and presentation.
• Ensure brand outlets have similar themes and displays every visual turnover.
• Conduct research on current and future trends in design and lifestyle, and associated target market features.
• Develop and maintain budgeted calendar for visual materials.
• Liaison with retail team in product phase launching and themes.
