Job Description

•  Welcomes customers by greeting pleasantly and offering them assistance.
•  Directs customers by escorting them to racks/tables and shelves for suggesting items.
•  Advises customers by providing information on products.
•  Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinion
•  Always use your selling skills and do up sell.
•  Guide and suggest the customer for the new products/new promotions etc.
•  Must be very pleasant and courteous throughout the transaction.
•  Ensure stock availability / display of the products and cleanliness of the racks/table/shelves.
•  Maintain highest level of customer services and cleanliness in all work assignments.
•  Must be having thorough knowledge of all products.
•  Notify the manager about any product shortage/ damage and replenishment.
•  Attend training on sales and product knowledge as required
