Factory Outlet Planning of Merchandise as per budget target to deliver topline and bottom line.
Merchandise Planning for Factory Outlet production and its allocation planning.
Weekly Review with Commercial Team on FOL performance and category requirements.
Review and devising reduction based on product performance in FOL Channel
Coordination with Allocation team and Retail Planning on End of-season product movement from retail to Outlets.
Monthly Review of Obsolete stock and its disposal on time.
