Sr.ERP Support Officer

Job Description

  • As a first-level support provider, investigate and resolve application functionality issues.
  • Proactively monitor, identify, and remediate ERP system issues every day, focusing on delivering system stability and availability.
  • Be the liaison between business and 3rd party ERP support partner for technical and support issues which need escalation for resolution.
  • Identify and record systems issues in the Help Desk system to review and resolve with a 3rd party ERP support partner.
  • Assist key users in testing new functionality, documenting, and retaining ERP knowledge.
  • Must have the ability to proactively deal with system hardware-related issues.
  • Provide networking support to stores and ensure that the store’s system should connect with networking.
