Our office is located in the ARFA Software Technology Park with state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology. You’ll be working in a safe and modern office environment.

Our team seeks to expand and we are looking for a Full-Time Night Controller, starting immediately.
Job Description:
- Overlooking the dispatch system (Cordic) and over-ride the computer’s automated decisions when needed.
- Take bookings if and when required, handling customer relations, liaising with the drivers on various issues, ensuring work is dispatched on time etc.
- Planning ahead - allocating work in advance, keeping in mind demand & supply.
- Achieve and maintain all performance, productivity, and quality targets.
Shift Timings - 10 Hours a day (9:00PM – 7:00AM PST) and 5 days a week.
Essential Requirements:
You must have previous experience (Minimum 3 years) as a cab controller in a London based taxi company or have worked before as a Private Hire Driver in London, with exceptionally good knowledge of London. The candidate must have a pleasant and helpful natural character.
- Strong command over Spoken-English (British Accent Preferred).
- Knowledge of London area is essential.
- Computer literate with good keyboard skills.
- The right candidate must have a good telephone manner, good communication and people skills and reliability is a must.
- Must be able to work unsociable hours/shifts.
- Our team always looks out for each other; hence, only me-me attitude is absolutely a no go!
- Punctuality, discipline, and integrity.
Preference will be given to candidates having previously lived and worked in London in a similar capacity.
