We are looking for confident, well-spoken, and talented individuals to answer phone calls for a UK-based taxi company.

This job is ideally suited to UK return candidates. However, all applicants who demonstrate good communication skills and some knowledge about London and its geography will be considered.

Main Duties:

  • Handling inbound calls, customer bookings, reservations, and inquiries.
  • Managing travel and journey-related issues of our customers via a real-time dispatch and tracking system.
  • Achieve and maintain all performance, productivity, and quality targets set by the management.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong command over Spoken-English (British Accent Preferred).
  • Must be computer literate with good keyboard skills.
  • Call center and/or customer service experience.
  • Must be willing to work unsociable hours/shifts if required.
  • Punctuality, discipline, and integrity.

Preference will be given to candidates having:

  • Taxi or similar travel booking experience.
  • Customer service experience in UK-based call centers.
  • Working knowledge of any cab dispatch system.
  • Lived in the UK for 2-3 years.

  • Fixed basic salary.
