Job Description

  • We are looking for confident, well spoken, and talented individuals to answer phone calls for our UK based clients.
  • We are partners with one of the largest taxi companies in London.
  • We are ideally looking for UK return candidates. However, all applicants who demonstrate good communication skills and some knowledge about London and its geography will be considered.

Main Duties:

  • Handling inbound calls, customer bookings, reservations, and inquiries.
  • Managing travel and journey related issues of our customers via a realtime dispatch and tracking system.
  • Achieve and maintain all performance, productivity, and quality targets set by the management.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong command over Spoken-English (British Accent Preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills.
  • Call center and/or customer service experience.
  • Must be able to work unsociable hours/shifts.
  • Punctuality, discipline, and integrity.

Preference will be given to candidates having:

  • Taxi or similar travel booking experience.
  • Customer service experience in UK based call centers.
  • Working knowledge of any cab dispatch system.
  • Lived in the UK for 2-3 years.
