London Cab Controller

We are an inbound support office for several minicab companies in the UK. We require UK-return candidates with strong communication skills and confidence to answer inbound calls from our customers in London. We are partners with one of the largest taxi companies in the UK. All applicants are required to have some knowledge about London and its geography.

Main Duties:

Handling inbound calls and processing customer bookings, reservations and inquiries
Building relationships with new and existing customers and corporate clients
Managing travel and journey issues on behalf of our customers via Realtime in-house tracking systems and applications
Case creation for customer complaints
Achieve and maintain all performance, productivity and quality targets set

Essential Requirements:

Good command of the English language
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate with good keyboard skills
Call center and/or customer service experience
Willingness and ability to learn and work long (Often Unsociable) shifts

Preference will be given to candidates having:

Taxi or similar travel booking experience
Customer service experience
Working knowledge of any cab dispatch system
Lived in London for 2-3 years

Note:

If you have been a cab controller in London – You are almost guaranteed a Job in Lahore. All candidates will go through a paid training period.
