Key Accountabilities:
- Achieving monthly operations targets
- Information Administration
- Field team hiring & performance management
- Data Analysis / Analytics Reporting
- Communication/coordination with stake holders
- Training and Development of team
Client Management: -
- Develop a strong coordination with internal and external stake holder.
- Verbal and written communication with client managers
- Sort out the problem if faced by any stake holder at earliest
- Timely updates to Client on the any subject pertaining to his domain
