Job Description

We are a UK based outsourcing solutions provider. Our services include offshore manpower, agile consultancy, and software development. We are looking for expert Marketing & Sales Professionals with the following attributes;

  • Extensive Online Marketing & Sales experience.
  • Expert at closing a sale/deal/prospects and growing the company 
  • Pleasant, confident and convincing personality with excellent communication skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Generate and Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Set, track, monitor and report on sales, targets, growth, status of accounts regularly
  • Identify opportunities for growth and actions to improve sales performance 
  • Create, execute and track via performance monitoring analytics, online /digital afvertising and marketing strategies through various channels, including social media  
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Generate leads, extract data and make cold calls, maintain prospects & follow-ups

Other duties include accomplishing marketing and sales human resource objectvies through managing recruitment, hired employees, enforcing policies and procedures.

Contributing to marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews

Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.

Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.

Updates job knowledge by maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
