The tasks we are looking to be completed by the role of Head of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

  • You will lead the Data Entry (our PreSales teams of around 90 people), Back Office Outsourcing, eCommerce Outsourcing, and other BPO teams

  • You will create and implement remote employee training programs for all BPO teams

  • You will provide effective communication to management and the other departments as appropriate and necessary

  • You will review, analyze and report on team performance 

  • You will provide strategic direction to the international BPO team

  • You will work towards organizational objectives by having an in-depth knowledge of the company requirements and goals

  • You will implement and manage metrics to drive results

Your experience

  • You have a Master’s Degree or higher level of education in a relevant discipline
  • You have 10+ years of BPO and Management experience
  • You have international exposure, preferably with European clients
  • You have hands-on experience in implementing and managing metrics to drive results
  • You have experience in creating and implementing (remote) employee training programs 
  • You have strong project management and leadership experience in managing teams of 100 or more members
  • You have great interpersonal skills and a great attitude that is contagious and “can-do”
  • You have working experience with CRM tools (knowledge of VTiger would be advantageous)

  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of the German Language would be a huge advantage
