The tasks we are looking to be completed by the role of Head of Recruitment (RPO)

  • You will plan and implement Full-Lifecycle Recruiting and Sourcing operations.
  • You will prepare and deliver client account performance reports, as well as executive level ad-hoc reporting.
  • You are responsible to determine and implement strategies necessary to achieve defined objectives; ensure measurements are in place to monitor progress, identify and document root causes and drivers for missed objectives; as well as action plans to improve performance and mitigate risk in recruiting operations.
  • You will manage and improve RPO projects.
  • You will be an effectively partner with internal stakeholders and Recruiting team members.
  • You will provide a strategic direction to the international recruitment team.

Your experience;

  • You have Masters Degree or equivalent work experience
  • You have 10+ years of Recruitment and Management experience as well as Recruiting Operational knowledge (use of recruiting metrics and measurements to drive results)
  • You have strong project management and leadership experiences with leading teams of 20+ or more team members
  • You have strong technical and computer skills
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You have great interpersonal skills and great attitude that is contagious and “can do”
