Ovanap is seeking a skilled Figma to GeneratePress Developer to execute a precise and efficient translation of a ready Figma design into a high-quality WordPress landing page. This role focuses on building a 78 block main page using GeneratePress theme, GenerateBlocks plugin, and Greenshift AI while maintaining strict adherence to the design structure. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in WordPress development, with a strong emphasis on front-end development and responsive design. The project requires delivering a clean, fast-loading page without relying on extraneous plugins, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. This is a task-oriented role without team management responsibilities. The developer will collaborate directly with Ovanap to provide timely updates, including an hourly rate, estimated hours for page build and a reusable starter kit, and examples of previous GeneratePress projects. Attention to detail, exact implementation of Figma designs, and rapid execution are essential. The position demands familiarity with WordPress ecosystem tools and the ability to efficiently convert design assets into a functional and visually accurate WordPress website.

Responsibilities

Convert Figma design files into a fully functional WordPress landing page using GeneratePress, GenerateBlocks, and Greenshift AI.
Build a 7-8 block main page that precisely follows the layout and visual structure outlined in the Figma designs without deviation.
Ensure the landing page is clean, fast, and optimized for performance with minimal use of additional plugins to maintain simplicity and speed.
Create a reusable starter kit for future projects that can be easily adapted to new landing pages.
Estimate and communicate project timelines and hourly rates clearly before beginning work.
Deliver responsive design that works flawlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
Provide 2-3 verifiable examples of previous GeneratePress development work to demonstrate expertise and style consistency.
Test all functionalities thoroughly to ensure flawless user experience and visual consistency with the design files.
Collaborate with the Ovanap team to understand requirements and provide regular progress updates during the development phase.
Keep the WordPress installation and components up to date during the project duration to avoid compatibility issues.
Maintain high standards of front-end development best practices, including clean code, modular structure, and accessibility considerations.
Work independently to complete the project timely without managing or leading a team.
