- Verifying sales calls after completing the call from the sales representative.
- Interacting with the customers about the sales information given by the sales Representative.
- Identifying when the customer is the right party or third party who is interacting with the Sales representative.
- Approving or rejecting the sales calls after verifying with certain details with the Customers and tracking the same.
- If rejected, sharing the feedback to the respective sales managers.
- Attending meetings with Quality assurance team and sharing the new updates to Sales teams.
- Monitoring the calls and sharing feedback to the sales representative.
