A well reputed Call center “OverStep Bpo” located in Rawalpindi, looking for (SCSR) Senior Customer Sales Representative to join our team for its US campaigns” Final expense” & Auto Insurance. Must have an At least 6 months and above experience in call center industry. Good English and communication skills and ability to work in Night Shift.
Responsibilities:
- Managing calls.
- Generating Sales leads
- Assessing and identifying customers need and satisfaction.
- Use of valid accurate tools to gather complete information.
- Follow communication procedures, policies and guidelines.
Skills Requirements:
- Experience in FINAL EXPENSE / Auto Insurance.
- Ability of international call handling.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Multi-tasking.
- Time management.
Qualification:
- High school.
- Graduates.
- Master.
Gender:
- Male - Female
Working Hours:
- 7pm -5am. (10 hours).
- Full time.
- Monday – Friday.
Preferred:
- Candidates from Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
