Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day customer inquiries via WhatsApp chats, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate responses.
  • Handle sociamedia messaging and replies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn to engage with customers and prospects.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify leads when required.
  • Assist in drafting marketing communications, including emails, sociamedia posts, and promotionacontent.
  • Perform additionatasks as assigned by the manager, such as data entry, lead tracking, basic reporting, or other administrative duties.
  • Monitor and engage with online communities to enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams or the manager for resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English; Urdu proficiency is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sociamedia platforms and chat tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business).
  • Customer-service oriented with a friendly, patient, and professionademeanor.
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detaiand adaptability to new tasks.
