We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Executive to join our team. As a IT Support Person, you will play a crucial role in supporting our IT department. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth operations of our IT systems and infrastructure, and offer timely solutions to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities:

Install and configure computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems as needed.
Support CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of IP phones and PBX systems.
Provide server support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
Document support activities and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of IT systems and equipment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in installing and supporting computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP phones, PBX systems, and server support.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-focused approach to providing technical support.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Certification or training in relevant IT disciplines is preferred.
