Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, leads, and prospects to pitch software/IT services.
  • Conduct follow-up calls  and close sales. 
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to discuss requirements and proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upsells.
  • Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and report on progress to management.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking. 
  • Collaborate with the business team to prepare customized solutions and quotes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales calls, follow-ups, and client meetings. 
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Urdu. 
  • Proficiency in sales tools like CRM software and MS Office. 
  • Ability to travel for meetings if needed. 
  • Target-driven with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. 
  • Knowledge of the software industry is advantageous.
  • Must Have: Strong ability to build rapport with clients and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
