Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver a variety of projects from websites, microsites, CMS solutions, Enerprise level solutions, Facebook apps and flash banners on time and budget.
−Keep existing and new clients happy.
−Co-ordinate with Client Servicing team and Head of PMO on upcoming new projects induction.
−Co-ordinate with clients and assess project requirements, timelines and resource
Requirements:
Collaborate with the team leads and resources to define project scope and sure business requirements are fully understood.
−Create requirements brief and timelines.−Work with creative & development team for estimation and resource planning.
−Manage the creative & development teams by organizing and setting clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team and providing proper briefs & documentation as necessary.
−Ensure that the processes are followed strictly.
−Take full ownership over projects and ensure that projects delivered are up to the specifications and bugs free.
−Hire awesome team members.
Requirements
−3+ years of client and project management experience in delivering web projects.
−Excellent track record of successfully managing projects from start to completion.
−Solid understanding of development & project management standards & processes.
−Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams in high-pressure situations.
