Responsibilities
- Create detailed and precise 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive construction documentation, including plans, elevations, and sections that comply with building codes and industry standards.
- Review and interpret project requirements and design instructions to produce technical drawings that support effective project execution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to clarify design details and incorporate revisions promptly.
- Ensure all drawings are formatted correctly, organized systematically, and archived according to company standards for easy retrieval.
- Manage multiple drafting projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines, including night shifts when necessary.
- Utilize strong communication skills to provide updates and clarify technical details with the project team.
