An Account Executive is responsible for fully understanding a client's needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs.
- An Account Executive oversees a team to ensure the company's products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client's standards.
- Our brands are FIREOX Sports, OXRITE and Nature and Pure.
- This is a full time job based in our Lahore Office, Day Shift. Skills Required from Candidate of Accounts Officer:
Work Related Requirements:
- Able to enter Expense, Income, asset, liability, and capital account entries proficiently by compiling and analyzing accounting information.
- Is able to substantiate Financial Transactions by auditing source documents.
- Assertive & independent in his dealings with different stakeholders within the company.
- Maintains Company’s financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by thorough verification of documents Follows Company’s SOP’s diligently.
- Prepares monthly & special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
- He / She could implement good control over monitoring receivables, bank accounts & supplier accounts.
- Candidate should have a good understanding of Import & Export trading processes & documentation.
- Candidate should be able to express himself well in Urdu & English. Able to handle multiple accounts related queries from different departments calmly & effectively.
- Maintains integrity and protects company’s interests by keeping all financial information confidential.
- Accomplishes best results working individually as well as part of a team.
- Discipline & self-organization are the key required attributes for this role.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be at least ACCA Member or CA Inter Passed.
- Total working experience minimum 4 – 5 years out of which must have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a reputable chartered accountant firm.
- Preferably based in Lahore but not compulsory.
- Starting Salary PKR. 40 K.
