Job Summary
To assist in building and maintaining Extended Warranty Partnerships across Pakistan. The job requires the candidate to constantly focus on meeting up with the Retail Customers, build Partnerships, and regularly provide training to the Retailer staff while monitoring the portfolio performance.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- New business development in the Warranty Domain.
- Partnership Management and Onboarding of Retailers, Manufacturers, Alternative Distributions, Repairers, etc.
- Business management.
- Provide the CEO with a clear well thought out business proposal for any new account. This will include a detailed report on the proposed prospect including product sales and proposed pricing.
- Provide training to all retail and support staff as required.
- Follow the laid-out method of launching a new account to include NDA agreements, pricing templates, letters of intent, training plans, etc.
- Take complete ownership for the new account moving forward including data flows and reporting.
- understand the key operational drivers for the launch of EW(Insurance Bazaar Platform, Retailers systems, marketing material, PR Launch, Performance monitoring, target setting, etc.).
- Ensure all agreements are signed by all parties ahead of any training provided.
- Proactively provide feedback to the CEO on any issues in managing each account and information on current market trends.
- Business Intelligence Reporting for the Extended Warranty Portfolio.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with associated functions - Insurer's Customer Services(Data Entry, Claims and Call Center), Finance, Compliance, and Legal, etc.
