We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to the CEO to join Ziyan Textiles. This full-time, onsite role is based at our office near Defense Road, Lahore. The ideal candidate will preferably have a background in the textile sector and possess the ability to manage executive functions efficiently, streamline daily operations, and boost overall productivity. The position requires a proactive individual comfortable working Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the specified location.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supply management, and vendor relations. Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments, arrange travel, and organize events for the CEO. Handle correspondence by drafting emails, reports, and presentations to ensure clear communication across all organizational levels. Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely task completion. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive company information and CEO communications. Support staff development initiatives, including onboarding new employees. Manage contract negotiations and pricing with office vendors, service providers, and lease agreements. Liaise with facility management vendors such as cleaning, catering, and security services. Organize office layout and oversee maintenance, coordinating repairs with external suppliers and contractors. Delegate tasks to administrative staff and manage their workload and performance. Arrange regular testing of electrical equipment and safety devices both onsite and remotely, if applicable. Provide administrative support to leadership and staff to enhance operational efficiency. Plan and coordinate team-building activities, employee appreciation events, and community outreach programs.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in office management or as a Personal Assistant to a CEO. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook, as well as Google Suite. Hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers. Familiarity with email scheduling tools like Email Scheduler and Boomerang. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A positive attitude and proactive work approach.
