We are looking for a Product Manager who is motivated to combine critical and innovative business solution with the best customer experience possible. Responsibilities will include translating business problems to digital solution. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager with no less than 3 years of experience as a product manager
Proven experience in digital/e-commerce industry
Experience in product lifecycle management
Background in software development and program management is preferred
Programming/Development experience of 2+ years
Experience with digital Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Practice of Agile framework is a must - Certificate preferred
Organizational and leadership abilities

Proven experience of managing a team of 7+ members
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Technical Skills Tools/Software
Proven experience working with JIRA, Confluence, AHA.io or any other product management software
Experience with code package and repository managers
Experience with Google Analytics, Breeze or any other analytics tools
Experience with AB testing, Interactivity Heatmap analysis or tools.
Aware of establishing a proper product feedback loop over support software such as Zendesk, Helpdesk, Intercom or similar.
