- Responsible to communicate with shop owners of building.
- Responsible to find new tenants for the building through market survey.
- Responsible to look after repair and maintenance.
- Deals with Janitorial and security staff.
- Responsible to the inspection of equipment.
- Deals with Govt. offices related building matters if required i.e. Gapco, Wasa, property Tax departement, PHA, Police etc.
- Any other tasks as required by the management of the company.
