Managing complete I.T projects at Group level including infrastructure Development, Software Development, day to day IT operations, evaluate/review and enhance the IT support to business.
Maintains information technology strategies, Researches and implements technological strategic solutions.
Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments, Develop plans and implement the ERP system and monitor progress and manage installations, upgradation and configurations of hardware and software as per requirement.
Responsible for initiating and monitoring IT projects risk management procedures, Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures, information security and control structures.
Project leadership, team facilitation and advice in all aspects during implementation and subsequent successful IT operations.
Business continuity plan for IT and to implement measures designed to safeguard the information technology.
Assess system performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines.
Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems at Group level.
Manage contracts with vendors (e.g. development platforms, telecommunication companies, password managers) and software licenses.
To formulate SOPs in connection with IT administration and operations of the company;
To discharge efficiently and effectively all IT functions and web development/management;
To prepare and present periodical reports regarding IT administration of the company and present as and when required;
To do any other IT related task assigned by the Management.
