1. Maintaining HR record for all employee related issues.
2.Preparing and issuing all HR relevant letters/documents/certificates to employees in consultation with the organization's management.
3.Facilitating new employees with completing HR formalities and providing a thorough orientation of the system.
4.Managing the full and final settlement of employees on HR part
5.Assisting to Asst Manager in payroll processing.
6.Maintain employee leaves & Attendance record on daily basis and should have knowledge of HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.
