We are looking for an experienced Male Customer Sales & Support Representative for our US-based clients to work in the Night Shift (9:00PM to 6:00AM PST)
The candidate must have prior experience working with Packaging & Printing Industry.
Fixed & handsome monthly salary + sales commission will be offered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance and customer support to our online clients through phone and live chat support.
- Communicating courteously with customers via telephone, chat & email.
Skills Required:
- Prior experience as a CSR in printing & packaging industry is mandatory.
- Excellent conversational skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- U.S / UK accent will be preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge about the printing & packaging is needed.
