We, Arvelon, are a high-spirited start up, with a simple vision of reforming the cosmetic industry of Pakistan through the use of safe and effective beauty products, specifically tailored for the needs of South Asian skin.
We are currently looking for a Customer suppoert representative to respond to all our customer queries and provide sales support.
Job Description
- Receive order confirmations from customers via phone and text
- Communicate with customers on the status of their orders
- Answer customer service calls, questions, and complaints in a prompt manner
- Handle customer queries on live chat
- Report to manager daily
- Forward all customer complaints and concerns to the manager and respond to them as per instructions.
- Handle refund and replacement requests
What you must have
- At least 1 year experience working at a call center or customer service department.
- Minimumum Bachelors Degree
- Excellent communication skills with good telephone manner
- Keen eye for Content Quality, writing emails, generating complaints, as and when required
- Solid problem solving skills and the ability to cater to challenging customers.
- Experience with use of CRM will be preferred.
