Responsibilities

- Track and analyze the performance of posts including engagement metrics, lead generation success, and reach to refine posting strategies.
- Coordinate content creation ideas that resonate with local communities and align with client marketing objectives.
- Maintain consistent and active presence within assigned Facebook groups to build trust and rapport with community members.
- Collaborate with Painter Marketing Pros’ marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaign goals and branding.
- Identify new Facebook groups and online community opportunities suitable for client promotion and lead generation.
- Report regularly on social media activities, successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on Facebook platform changes, emerging social media trends, and local marketing practices relevant to painting contractors.
- Maintain data accuracy and documentation related to posting schedules, lead counts, and policy compliance.
