- This position is responsible for Transformer Designing, Research &Development, Cost Saving, and Technical Support to Marketing Department.
- Develop transformer electrical designs to produce the most cost effective transformers within the limits of the manufacturing facility and materials available
- Responding effectively to inquiries from internal sales personnel.
- Costing of Distribution & Power Transformers
- Assist sales with technical responses to customers, including direct communication of technical matters.
- Working closely with mechanical design engineers to produce products and documentation that facilitates efficient manufacture of product
- Taking customer specifications, company design rules, and relevant International Standards
- Continually develop and improve on the existing design rules and standard product specifications
- Source, cost and procure special items if required within the quoted cost and time frame.
- Developing and implementing preventative actions to stop repeat occurrence.
