· Minimum 4-5 years of experience in selling building materials, chemicals or paint industry.
· Strong relationship with architect, consultant and corporate industry.
· Self-motivated and have experience to work with management and lead team.
· Securing future business through specifying company products in order to be added to project design and tender documents, that’s by educating the market through presentations, seminars, and specifications.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Meeting regular specification targets and coordinating sales projects
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required
- Liaising with members of the sales team
- Development of relationships with consultants and architects.
