Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To Plans, directs, and oversees a company's operational policies, rules, initiatives, and goals.  
  • Organize, direct, control and coordinate medical and health services in relation to policies set by a governing board of trustees.
  • Participate in fundraising and community health planning.
  • Helps organization execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgment, vision, management, and leadership.
  • Develops and implements growth strategies.
  • Motivates staff to meet or surpass organizational and sales goals.
  • Coordinates with human resources department.
  • Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers.
  • Evaluates newly implemented sales plans.
  • To coordinate with Chief Medical Officer and get reports for smooth operational activities in clinical activities.
  • Direct coordinate with Manager Operations overall smooth operational activities of any organization.
  • Provides a system for employee salaries and benefits, and makes sure employees feel valued.
  • Promotes communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise.
  • Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
  • Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns in collaboration of marketing department.
  • Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
  • To provide prices information on medical services to corporate clients.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Researches and monitors activity of company competitors.
  • To visit services sites (Collection Centre) for smooth activities.
  • To establish relations with different companies.
  • To Prepare and sign MOUs with several companies in order to provide health services to them in collaboration with Operations Department and Executive bodies.
  • To assemble coordination with Government organizations and get updated with Government Polices.
  • To deal with tenders and other such procedures in order to assemble good business with Government organizations.
  • To plan fund raising strategies and events in order raise organizational funds.
  • To build relations with educational institutes and ORIC.
  • To follow the standard corporate customer process flow for registration of corporate customers.
  • To collect feedback from clients for service improvement.
  • To collect the doctor’s data for market intelligence.
  • To use the electric appliances intelligently enough to keep operational expense within budget.
  • To keep the record of all expense occurred during his/her duty timings.
  • To observe the standard dress code policy essential to perform duty as Chief Operating Officer.
  • To perform any other task assigned by Supervisor/Executive Body.
