Job Purpose:
Social Mobilizer will serve under the supervision of the Project Officer will be based in Rajanpur field office, He/she will be responsible and accountable to implement project activities through mobilization process. While implementation He/she will responsible to follow PMS SOPs and core values and act as achieve project goals.

• Experience of working with communities on participatory action planning and community engagement.
• Experience on monitoring projects and collecting relevant data of livelihood beneficiaries and income monitoring

Job Description:
The job will involve 80% field work and 20% desk work. The Social Mobilizer will have to develop an overall knowledge of the projects/programs, so as to be familiar with PMS implementing strategies and so he/she can effectively report on them Specific Areas of Responsibility and Related Activities
1. To work with community organizations through participatory tools like Participatory Reflection and Action to prepare Village Development Plans (VDPs) and Portfolio of Opportunities (Investment Plans).
2. To take lead role in organizing the target community to smoothly execute the project activities by respecting the dignity and integrity of the conflict affected families.
3. To assist the community to identify potential gaps, analyse their problems and prioritize their needs as well as involve them in finding solutions to their community issues.
4. To Provide regular updates to the line manager about daily activities through Field Visit Reports, work plans and proper documentation.
5. To coordinate project activities with all relevant community stakeholders and other working humanitarian partners in the target area.
6. To participate in Health and Hygiene Sessions and collect pre and post data of trainings and sessions.
7. To maintain pictorial and documentary records of the field activities for reports.
8. To identify the most vulnerable households and prepare the investment and training programmes.
9. To assist the line manager and MEAL Officer in monitoring the project activities and provide inputs in developing potential case studies/success stories, weekly progress reports and final narrative report writing.
10. To take lead role in organizing the target community to smoothly execute the project activities by respecting the dignity and integrity of the disaster affected families.
11. To Assist the community to identify potential gaps, analyse their problems and prioritize their needs as well as involve them in finding solutions to their collective problems.
12. Assist the target community in obtaining available outside resources through self-help and self-reliant initiatives.
13. To provide monthly, quarterly and annually data to line manager for reporting purposes.
