• An administrative Officer is responsible to provide administrative support to an organization.
  • Some duties include inventory management, organizing company records, roster scheduling, budget and office reporting, invoicing and customer service.
  • With good understanding of business management and industry knowledge the Administrative Officer help the marketing and business development of an organization.
  • Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
  • Ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and run educational programs
  • Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies and the public
  • Implement actions that improve the school and the quality of education (e.g. building renovations, new guidelines for students, new subjects)
  • Help shape and uphold the vision of the school and effectiveness of the school library program
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Documentation of newly enrolled students
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Employee attendance maintenance and sharing with HR Head Office
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees, students and visitors
  • Supervise school activities as per policies and procedure provided by authorities
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments and events
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Any other task assigned by the management/supervisor.
