• To assist the Office Manager, Finance Officer and Admissions and Attendance Officer by providing support for a range of office functions.
  • To provide administrative support to the school Head Teacher, Senior Management Team and Teachers as and when required, as appropriate.
  • To carry out duties commensurate with the post, as a member of the office support staff and whole school team
  • Being responsible for all task related to front desk management.
  • Working under the direct supervision of Manager Admin and Principal Office.
  • Welcoming pleasantly all visitors to the school and registering them, following student protection procedures.
  • Directing visitors to the appropriate person and offices
  • Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Operating the school intercom to communicate with other staff members.
  • Not allowing visitors to move concerned departments without their prior approval.
  • Responding to telephone/email enquiries from parents and public.
  • Receiving parcels and deliveries, ranking outgoing post and arranging special deliveries when necessary.
  • Helping & supporting the school’s administrative team in related tasks.
  • Assisting with all administrative duties such as photocopying, contacting parents or teachers, telephone exchange or filing, etc.
  • Understanding data protection and confidentiality.
  • Creating and distributing the school’s daily briefing.
  • Working to deadlines in a calm and confident manner when under pressure.
  • Assisting with school events and functions.
  • Carrying out any such task as shall be deemed necessary to the smooth running of the school.
  • Updating the contact details of other campuses, parents, staff as well as the information required by office staff members.
  • Performing other duties assigned by the management/supervisor
