Purpose:
Graphic designer will be responsible to design graphics for use in media products such as magazines, labels, advertising and signage. work with other professionals to incorporate typesetting, illustration, photography, and even programming, to ensure products display as intended.
- Taking responsibility for all task related to graphic designing and relevant activities.
- Working under the direct supervision of management.
- Studying design briefs and determining requirements creating & designing various materials for print and digital collateral
- Designing web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
- Creating these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and any other software used for designing.
- Discussing with the school management to gain an understanding of what is requested and proposed to look like. Creating or incorporating illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
- Selecting type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image.
- Producing drafts for review by school management and making revisions based on the feedback received.
- Reviewing final products for errors/proof reading and ensure that final prints reflect management specifications.
- Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Performing retouching and manipulation of images
- Amending designs after feedback and ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Assisting education department in designing of educational material.
- Assisting admission department in admission campaign to appeal to potential candidates through advertisement.
- Following authorized logo, colour, shaped designed approved from the institution.
- Providing modified designs, pictures, and layouts to social media team for social media activities
- Following all company policies & procedures and performing any other duties assigned by the management.
- Any task assigned by the supervisor.
