PakTurk Maarif International Schools & Colleges is governed by TMF. It has 13,000 students at 26 locations in all major cities of Pakistan. PakTurk Maarif International Schools & Colleges require Social Media Expert & Content Writer for our Head Office at Islamabad.
The incumbant should have relevant qualification and experience of atleast three years.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
2. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
3. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
4. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
5. Preparing annual budgets for Social Media Marketing,
6. Controlling all branches social media pages
7. Preparing monthly reports about posting, effectiveness of social media, improvements etc.
8. Creating the designs for social media and other advertisement needs.
9. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
10. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
11. Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
12. Create compelling content including website, graphics, social media content, and product/service descriptions.
13. Add value by actively engaging customers/stakeholders and maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
2. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
3. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
4. Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
5. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
6. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
7. Fluency in English
8. BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
PREFERRED SKILLS
1. Should be proficient in Excel, MS Office and related applications / programs
2. Quality & Customer Focus, Good Verbal & written Communication
3. Good analytical skills
4. Excellent listening skills
5. Multi-tasking
