The incumbant should have relevant qualification and experience of atleast three years, preferable in private schools.
- Create implement and evaluate of HR policies, procedures, and structures.
- Having experience on performance evaluation systems.
- Having experience on employee satisfaction surveys.
- Having experience of payroll management.
- Responds the queries of employees.
- Experienced on employees benefits.
- Having professional Microsoft Office skills.
- Willing to travel over national locations.
- Adapts for flexible working hours.
- Fluency in English language and excellent communication skills.
- Analitical thinking ability is a must.
- At least 3 years Human Resources Management experience preferrably in private education sector.
