The Principal serves as the head of the administrative and academic team within the campus and is responsible for overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor progress toward achieving the school’s aims and objectives.
  • Oversee planning, organizing, staffing, motivating, and directing all aspects of school management, including educational outcomes.
  • Ensure the education, safety, and welfare of students in line with policy.
  • Stay updated on current practices in school programs, teaching, and administration through professional development and relevant literature.
  • Supervise teaching and learning processes, observe instructional methods, and support staff efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support teaching staff in curriculum development, implementation, and modification.
  • Promote student morale through curricular and co-curricular activities.
  • Utilize digital management tools effectively for admissions, HR, and teaching-learning processes.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to address educational and administrative matters.
  • Manage admissions, registration, transfers, promotions, and maintain accurate student records.
  • Foster a positive school climate that encourages self-regulation, compassion, and student agency.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents/guardians regarding school programs, student achievement, and behavior.
  • Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the school environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Master’s/MPhil in Education, Leadership, Curriculum, or Instructional Studies.
  • At least 3 years of successful teaching experience in K–12 programs and 7–10 years of school leadership experience.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with students, staff, parents, and the wider school community.
  • Additional professional development (certifications, diplomas, advanced degrees) will be considered an asset.
