Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to the campus, aligning academic programs with the institution’s goals.
- Oversee curriculum development to ensure it meets educational standards and addresses students’ learning needs.
- Manage student discipline by implementing and maintaining behavior management systems that promote a positive school climate.
- Supervise and support teaching and administrative staff, facilitating professional development and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements through effective administrative oversight.
- Collaborate with faculty to improve instructional practices and enhance student academic achievement.
- Lead initiatives to assess and evaluate educational outcomes using data-driven approaches.
- Resolve conflicts among students, staff, and parents with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Foster strong partnerships with parents and the broader community to support student learning and school programs.
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance student engagement, attendance, and overall success.
- Coordinate faculty meetings, training sessions, and workshops to promote continuous professional growth.
- Monitor and analyze student performance data to identify trends and recommend targeted interventions.
- Maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust.
- Support the Principal in school-wide decision-making processes and strategic planning.
- Lead the recruitment, induction, and evaluation of staff members within the campus.
